CIRCULAR
Issuing economic and technical standards for water resource investigation and assessment
Pursuant to the Law on Water Resources No. 17/2012/QH13 dated June 21, 2012;
Pursuant to Government Decree No. 36/2017/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2017 stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;
At the proposal of the Director of the Water Resource Management Department, the Head of the Planning and Finance Department, and the Head of the Legal Affairs Department;
THE MINISTER OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT ISSUES THIS CIRCULAR ON ECONOMIC AND TECHNICAL STANDARDS FOR WATER RESOURCE INVESTIGATION AND ASSESSMENT.
Article 1. This Circular issues economic and technical standards for water resource investigation and assessment.
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from October 26, 2017 and replaces Circular No. 26/2009/TT-BTNMT dated November 30, 2009 of the Minister of Natural Resources and Environment on economic and technical standards for water resource investigation and assessment.
Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government-affiliated agencies, provincial People's Committees, heads of units under the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular.
During implementation, if there are difficulties or obstacles, agencies, organizations, and individuals should promptly report to the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment for consideration and resolution./.
