Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;
On the basis of Decree No. 86/2012/NĐ-CP dated October 19, 2012, issued by the Government detailing and guiding implementation of certain provisions of the Metrology Law;
Pursuant to Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Technical Standards and Regulations, and Decree No. 78/2018/NĐ-CP amending and supplementing certain provisions of Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Technical Standards and Regulations;
Pursuant to Decree No. 12/2017/NĐ-CP dated February 10, 2017, issued by the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;
At the request of the Director of the Department of Science and Technology and the Director General of the Vietnam Motor Vehicle Inspection Agency;
The Minister of Transport hereby promulgates the National Technical Regulation on the motor vehicle inspection unit.
Article 1. The National Technical Regulation on the motor vehicle inspection unit is attached hereto.

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from October 15, 2019.
Article 3. The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, the Heads of Departments, the Director General of the Vietnam Motor Vehicle Inspection Agency, the Directors of Provincial Departments of Transport under centrally governed cities and provinces, the Heads of agencies and units, and individuals concerned shall be responsible for implementing this Circular../.
