CIRCULAR
Regulations on the list of diseases and health conditionseligible for remote medical examination and treatment
Pursuant to the Law on Health Examination and Treatment No. 15/2023/QH15 dated January 9, 2023;
Pursuant to Decree No. 95/2022/NĐ-CP dated November 15, 2022 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Medical Examination and Treatment,
The Minister of Health issues this Circular to regulate the list of diseases and health conditions eligible for remote medical examination and treatment.
Article 1. List of diseases and health conditions eligible for remote medical examination and treatment
Diseases and health conditions eligible for remote medical examination and treatment shall be implemented according to the List attached to this Circular.
Article 2. Effective Date
This Circular takes effect from January 1, 2024.
In the course of implementation, if there are difficulties or obstacles, agencies, organizations, and individuals are requested to report to the Ministry of Health (Department of Medical Examination and Treatment) for consideration and resolution./.
