Regulations on economic and technical characteristics of inspection services for handling equipment and pressure equipment used in transportation

Pursuant toLaw on Prices dated June 19, 2023;
Decree No. Decree No. 85/2024/NĐ-CP dated July 10, 2024 of the Government detailing certain provisions of the Law on Prices;
Decree No. Article 1. This Circular regulates mechanisms and policies for managing prices of inspection and testing services for industrial products used on ships and inland waterway vessels (excluding ships and inland waterway vessels for national defense, security purposes, and fishing vessels) within the scope of vehicle inspection services.
Pursuant to the proposal of the Director of the Department of Science and Technology, Environment and Construction Materials and the Director of the Vietnam Vehicle Inspection Agency;
The Minister of Construction hereby promulgates this Circular regulating the economic and technical characteristics of inspection services for handling equipment and pressure equipment used in transportation.
Article 1. Scope of Regulation and Applicability
Article 1. This Circular regulates the economic and technical characteristics of inspection services for handling equipment and pressure equipment used in transportation (excluding equipment for defense and security purposes and fishing vessels), including:
a) Handling equipment installed and used on road and rail transport vehicles; specialized handling equipment used at airports, ports, shipbuilding and repair facilities, and railway vehicle facilities.
b) Pressure equipment installed and used on road and rail transport vehicles.
Article 2. This Circular applies to agencies, organizations, and individuals related to the inspection services for handling equipment and pressure equipment as specified in Clause 1 of this Article.
Article 2. Economic and technical characteristics of inspection services for handling equipment and pressure equipment used in transportation
1. The economic and technical characteristics of inspection services for handling equipment are specified in Appendix I attached to this Circular.
2. The economic and technical characteristics of inspection services for pressure equipment are specified in Appendix II attached to this Circular.
Article 3. Effectiveness
This Circular takes effect from December 5, 2025.
