Decree No. 30/B-SL Regarding the Appointment of Mr. Luu Van Dat as Director of the Commercial Office

DECREE

OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM

NUMBER 30B DATED MARCH 18, 1947

THE CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT

Pursuant to Decree No. 57 dated May 3, 1946 on the organization of ministries;

Pursuant to Decree No. 220 dated November 26, 1946 organizing the Ministry of Economy;

At the proposal of the Minister of Economy;

After being approved by the Council of Ministers,

ISSUES THE DECREE:

Article 1

Mr. Luu Van Dat, holder of a bachelor's degree in law, is appointed Director of the Vietnam Commerce Office.

Article 2

The Minister of Economy shall be responsible for implementing this Decree.
