THE MINISTER OF FINANCE

Pursuant to Decree No. 43/2011/ND-CP dated June 13, 2011 of the Government on the provision of information and online public services on the electronic information portal or government agency website;

Pursuant to Decision No. 2929/QD-BTC dated December 5, 2011 of the Minister of Finance promulgating the Operational Regulations of the Ministry of Finance;

Pursuant to Decision No. 2013/QD-BTC dated August 13, 2012 of the Minister of Finance promulgating the Operational Regulations on the Provision of Information and Online Public Services on the Ministry of Finance's Electronic Information Portal and on the Electronic Information Portal of Administrative Units and Public Service Organizations under the Ministry of Finance;

Pursuant to Decision No. 993/QD-BTC dated May 6, 2013 of the Minister of Finance promulgating the Operational Regulations of the Ministry of Finance's Electronic Information Portal;

Pursuant to Decision No. 1534/QD-BTC dated June 28, 2013 of the Minister of Finance approving the Development Orientation of the Ministry of Finance's Electronic Information Portal until 2020;

Pursuant to Decision No. 2025/QD-BTC dated August 14, 2012 of the Minister of Finance stipulating the Functions, Duties, Authorities, and Organizational Structure of the Department of Information Technology and Financial Statistics;

In accordance with National Standard TCVN ISO 9001:2008;

At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Information Technology and Financial Statistics,

DECISION:

Article 1. This Decision hereby promulgates the Question and Answer Process for Financial Policies on the Ministry of Finance's Electronic Information Portal.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signing. The Director of the Department of Information Technology and Financial Statistics and the heads of units under the Ministry are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
