Regarding the Classification of National Relics

MINISTER OF CULTURE, SPORTS AND TOURISM
Pursuant to the Law on Cultural Heritage and Decree No. 92/2002/ND-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain Articles of the Law on Cultural Heritage;
Pursuant to Decree No. 185/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;
Considering Circular No. 144/UBND-VX dated January 19, 2006 of the People's Committee of Nghe An Province and the relic dossier;
Based on the proposal of the Director of the Department of Cultural Heritage,
DECISION:
Article 1. The National Relic is classified as follows:
ARCHITECTURAL ART RELIC
HOANG NGHIA LUONG TEMPLE
HUNG LINH COMMUNE, HUNG YEN DISTRICT, NGHE AN PROVINCE
The protected area of the relic is determined according to the Minutes and map of the protected areas of the relic in the dossier.
Article 2. The People's Committees at all levels where the relics classified in Article 1 of this Decision are located shall perform state management over the relics within their assigned tasks and powers in accordance with the laws on cultural heritage.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 4. The Head of the Office, the Director of the Department of Cultural Heritage, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Nghe An Province, the Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Nghe An Province, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
