Pursuant to the Law on Cultural Heritage and Decree No. 92/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain Articles of the Law on Cultural Heritage;
Pursuant to Decree No. 185/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;
Considering Circular No. 6459/UBND-VX dated November 9, 2006 of the People's Committee of Nghe An Province and the relic dossier;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Heritage Management Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. The National Relic is classified as follows:
HISTORICAL AND ARCHITECTURAL ART RELIC
DONG XUAN TEMPLE
QUYNH BANG COMMUNE, QUYNH LUU DISTRICT, NGHE AN PROVINCE
The protected area of the relic is determined according to the Minutes and map of the relic protection areas in the dossier.
Article 2. The People's Committees at all levels where the relics classified in Article 1 of this Decision are located shall perform state management of the relics within their duties and powers as prescribed by laws on cultural heritage.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 4. The Heads of the Office, the Director of the Heritage Management Department, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Nghe An Province, the Director of the Department of Culture and Information of Nghe An Province, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision.
