Regarding supplementing and adjusting members of the Steering Committee for Organizing Coordination in Developing Key Economic Zones phát triển các Khu kinh tế trọng điểm

PRIME MINISTER

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;

Pursuant to Decision No. 20/2004/QD-TTg dated February 18, 2004 of the Prime Minister on the establishment of the Organization coordinating the development of Key Economic Zones;

Considering the work requirements and with the approval of the Central Economic Commission; considering the proposal of the Minister of the Ministry of Transport,

DECISION:

Article 1. Appoint Deputy Minister of Transport Ngo Thinh Duc to be a member of the Steering Committee for Developing Key Economic Zones, replacing Deputy Minister Nguyen Tien Sam.

Article 2. Invite the following comrades to participate in the Steering Committee for Organizing Coordination in Developing Key Economic Zones as stipulated in Article 2 of Decision No. 1022/QD-TTg dated September 28, 2004 of the Prime Minister:

- Comrade Ta Huu Thanh, Deputy Director of the Central Economic Commission, overseeing the North Key Economic Zone;

- Comrade Vo Duc Huy, Deputy Director of the Central Economic Commission, overseeing the Central Region Key Economic Zone;

- Comrade Cao Sy Kiem, Deputy Director of the Central Economic Commission, overseeing the Southern Key Economic Zone.

Article 3. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.

Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairmen of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities within key economic zones, and those named in Article 1 and Article 2 are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
