REGARDING THE ANNOUNCEMENT OF NEW ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES WITHIN THE SCOPE OF MANAGEMENT FUNCTIONS OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT

THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 199/2013/ND-CP OF NOVEMBER 26, 2013 ON THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT;
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 63/2010/ND-CP OF JUNE 8, 2010 ON ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURE CONTROL AND THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 48/2013/ND-CP OF MAY 14, 2013 AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF DECREES RELATED TO ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURE CONTROL;
The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Heads of the Legal Department, the Director General of the Forest Administration, and the heads of relevant units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
DECISION:
Article 1. THIS DECISION ANNOUNCES THREE NEW ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES WITHIN THE SCOPE OF MANAGEMENT FUNCTIONS OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT.
Article 2. THE ANNOUNCED ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM JULY 15, 2014.
Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, THE DIRECTOR OF THE LEGAL AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT, THE HEADS OF THE DEPARTMENTS, BUREAUS, AND ASSOCIATED UNITS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION./.
