THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Documents 2008;
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 01/2008/ND-CP dated January 3, 2008, detailing the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development; the Government's Decree No. 75/2009/ND-CP dated September 10, 2009, amending Article 3 of the Government's Decree No. 01/2008/ND-CP dated January 3, 2008;
Pursuant to the Prime Minister's Decision No. 1473/QD-TTg dated October 5, 2012, promulgating the implementation plan and list of Decrees detailing the Law on Administrative Violations Handling;
Pursuant to the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development's Decision No. 2604/QD-BNN-PC dated October 24, 2012, approving the implementation plan for the Law on Administrative Violations Handling;
Pursuant to the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development's Decision No. 2900/QD-BNN-TCLN dated November 15, 2012, establishing the Drafting Board and Editorial Team for the Decree on administrative penalties in the field of forest management, forest protection, and timber management;
At the proposal of the Director General of the Forest Management Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. Issuing the Plan to Draft the Decree on administrative penalties in the field of forest management, forest protection, and timber management (attached with detailed schedule table).
Article 2. The Drafting Board and Editorial Team for the Decree on administrative penalties in the field of forest management, forest protection, and timber management shall be responsible for implementing the detailed contents of the schedule attached.
Article 3. Effectiveness and Responsibility for Implementation
1. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature;
2. The Director of the Ministry's Office, heads of relevant units, and members of the Drafting Board and Editorial Team are responsible for enforcing this Decision.
