Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/ND-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development; Decree No. 75/2009/ND-CP dated September 10, 2009 of the Government amending Article 3 of Decree No. 01/2008/ND-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to Decree No. 63/2010/NĐ-CP dated June 8, 2010 of the Government on administrative procedure control;
Pursuant to Circular No. 47/2012/TT-BNNPTNT dated September 25, 2012 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development on the exploitation from nature and breeding of common wild animals;
At the proposal of the Director General of the Forest Management Department and the Head of the Ministry's Office,
DECISION:
Article 1. Announced hereby are six new administrative procedures issued, one replacement administrative procedure, and one replaced administrative procedure within the scope of management functions of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (details of the names and contents of the administrative procedures are attached as an appendix).
Article 2. The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Director General of the Forest Management Department, the Heads of all Departments, Bureaus, and related units shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
