PRIME MINISTER

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;

Considering the proposal of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development at document No. 490/BNN-BVTV dated February 24, 2010,

DECISION:

Article 1. The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development shall issue (without charge) 30 tons of Bassa 50 EC and 10 tons of Sutin 5 EC plant protection chemicals from the national reserve to support Binh Dinh Province in controlling brown planthopper outbreaks as proposed by the Ministry in document No. 490/BNN-BVTV mentioned above.

The issuance, receipt, management, and use of the aforementioned plant protection chemicals shall be carried out in accordance with current regulations.

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.

Article 3. The Ministers of Agriculture and Rural Development, Finance, Planning and Investment, and the Chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Dinh Province are responsible for implementing this Decision.
