REGARDING THE ADOPTION OF INDUSTRY STANDARDS
THE MINISTER OF TRADE
On the basis of Decree No. 95/CP dated December 4, 1993 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Trade;
On the basis of the minutes of the acceptance of the draft standard;
To strengthen fire prevention and firefighting work during the management and service process, at the proposal of the Director of the Science Department;
DECISION:
Article 1. This Decision promulgates the industry standards concerning:
- Fire prevention and firefighting.
- Trading and Service Enterprises,
- General provisions.
- (TCN 48: 1996)
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature. Any issues requiring supplementation or amendment during implementation shall be promptly reported to the Ministry.
Article 3. This standard applies during the trading and service management process within the Commerce sector.
