DECISION
Issuing an urgent action plan to prevent and control avian influenza (H5N1)
(H5N1) and human influenza A (H5N1) pandemic
THE MINISTER OF TRADE
Pursuant to Decree No. 29/2004/NĐ-CP dated January 16, 2004 of the Government Chairman stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Trade;
Pursuant to Directive No. 53/CT-TW dated October 28, 2005 of the Party Central Committee's Secretariat on implementing urgent measures to prevent and control avian influenza (H5N1) and human influenza pandemic;
Pursuant to Resolution No. 15/2005/NQ-CP dated November 4, 2005 of the Government on implementing urgent measures to prevent and control avian influenza (H5N1) and human influenza A (H5N1) pandemic;
Pursuant to Directive No. 34/2005/CT-TTg dated October 15, 2005 of the Government Chairman on concentrating efforts to implement synchronously and effectively the urgent action plan for preventing and controlling avian influenza (H5N1) and human influenza when outbreaks occur;
At the proposal of the Domestic Market Policy Department and the Market Management Agency,
DECISION:
Article 1. Issuing the Urgent Action Plan to Prevent and Control Avian Influenza (H5N1) and Human Influenza A (H5N1) Pandemic (annexed hereto).
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. Heads of units under the Ministry, Directors of Provincial Departments of Trade, Departments of Trade and Tourism of centrally-administered cities and provinces are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
