SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIET NAM

WHEREAS, the National Assembly's Resolution dated April 10, 1965, granted certain powers to the National Assembly Standing Committee in new circumstances,

WHEREAS, the National Assembly's Resolution dated April 22, 1966, granted the National Assembly Standing Committee the authority to review national economic plan targets for 1966,

Following the report of the Council of Ministers on the targets of the State’s national economic plan for 1966,

Following the presentation by the Planning and Budget Committee of the National Assembly,

DECIDES:

1. To approve the targets of the State's national economic plan for 1966 as presented to the National Assembly Standing Committee by the Council of Ministers.

2. To instruct the Government, based on specific circumstances, to guide sectors and levels in implementing the targets according to the directions and tasks set forth in the plan approved by the National Assembly./.
