REGARDING THE RECLASSIFICATION OF SALARIES FOR CIVIL SERVANTS AND CIVIL SERVICE MEMBERS UNDER THE INVESTMENT DEVELOPMENT GENERAL DEPARTMENT
THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
- Based on Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government regarding the tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state management of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to Decision No. 178/CP dated October 28, 1994 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
- Based on Decree No. 25/CP dated May 23, 1993 of the Government temporarily regulating the new salary system for civil servants, administrative and public service civil service members, and armed forces personnel;
- Based on Decision No. 654/TTg dated November 8, 1994 of the Prime Minister regarding the implementation of tasks related to the allocation and preferential lending of state investment development capital at the Ministry of Finance;
- Based on Circular No. 498 CB/TCCP dated October 19, 1993 of the Personnel and Civil Service Organizing Board of the Government regarding the temporary delegation of authority to decide salaries for civil servants and civil service members;
In accordance with the proposal of the General Director of the Investment Development General Department and the Heads of the Personnel and Training Department and the Training Department;

Article 1: - Reclassify the salary for one civil servant and civil service member under the Long An Investment Development Bureau (attached list). The effective date of the new salary is January 1, 1995.
Article 2: - The Heads of the Personnel and Training Department and the Financial Affairs and Administration Department, the Head of the Ministry's Office, the General Director of the Investment Development General Department, and those civil servants and civil service members named in Article 1 are responsible for implementing this decision.
