THE STANDING COMMITTEE OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY
SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
WHEREAS, on the basis of Resolution No. 10/1965/QH10 of the National Assembly delegating certain powers to the Standing Committee of the National Assembly in the new situation,
AFTER HEARING THE REPORT OF THE COUNCIL OF MINISTERS ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE STATE BUDGET FOR 1965 AND THE PROPOSAL FOR THE STATE BUDGET FOR 1966,
AFTER HEARING THE PRESENTATION BY THE COMMITTEE FOR PLANNING AND BUDGET OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY,
RESOLVES:
1. APPROVE the State budget for 1966 with:
- Total revenue: three billion two hundred thirty-two million dong (3,232,000,000đ,00),
- Total expenditure: three billion four hundred twelve million dong (3,412,000,000đ,00).
Expenditure exceeds revenue by one hundred eighty million dong (180,000,000đ,00).
2. APPROVE the proposal of the Government to allow the State Bank to provide a loan to the State budget for the necessary amount to balance the budget in 1966./.
