DECISION
Regarding the release of state rice reserves to support famine relief for localities during the Canh Dần Lunar New Year and early 2010 period

THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to Decree No. 118/2008/NĐ-CP dated November 27, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
Pursuant to Decision No. 227/QĐ-TTg dated February 8, 2010 of the Prime Minister regarding support for famine relief rice for localities during the Canh Dần Lunar New Year and early 2010 period;
At the proposal of the Director General of the National Reserve General Department,
DECISION
Article 1. The National Reserve General Department shall release无偿发放3,619吨国家储备大米，用于支持在庚寅年春节和年初青黄不接时期向各省市民众提供救济，具体分配如下：Kon Tum省2000吨； Khánh Hòa省619吨； Lai Châu省1000吨。
Article 2. The National Reserve General Department shall coordinate with the People's Committees of the aforementioned provinces to promptly organize the delivery and receipt of rice at district and county centers according to the provincial allocation plan.
The National Reserve General Department shall record a reduction in state reserve capital for the aforementioned quantity of rice at the recorded cost on accounting books and report the final settlement of relief supplies as prescribed.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance. The Director General of the National Reserve General Department, the Heads of the State Budget Department, the Planning and Finance Department, the Price Management Department, and the Minister's Office are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
