At the proposal of the Director of the Cinema Department.

Pursuant to the Law on Cultural Heritage and Decree No. 92/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain Articles of the Law on Cultural Heritage;

Pursuant to Decree No. 185/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;

Considering Circular No. 3479/UBND-VX dated October 23, 2008 of the People's Committee of Quang Nam Province and the relic dossier;

Considering the proposal of the Director of the Heritage Department,

DECISION:

Article 1. The National Relic classified as follows:

SCENIC BEAUTY

PHU NINH LAKE

PHU NINH COMMUNE, NUOI THANH DISTRICT, QUANG NAM PROVINCE

The protected area of the relic is determined according to the Minutes and map of the relic protection areas in the dossier.

Article 2. The People's Committees at all levels where the relics classified in Article 1 of this Decision are located shall perform state management over the relics within their assigned tasks and powers in accordance with the laws on cultural heritage.

Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.

Article 4. The Heads of the Office, the Director of the Heritage Department, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Nam Province, the Director of the Department of Culture and Information of Quang Nam Province, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
