Regarding the supplementation of members to the Steering Committee for the National Program on Human Resource Development until 2020

PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Decision No. 221/2005/QD-TTg dated September 9, 2005 of the Government Chairman on the development of the National Program on Human Resource Development until 2020;
Considering the proposal of the National Education Council and the Head of the Steering Committee for the National Program on Human Resource Development until 2020,
DECISION:
Article 1. Supplement the following agencies' leadership representatives to the Steering Committee for the National Program on Human Resource Development until 2020:
1. The Ministry of Finance.
2. Ministry of Science and Technology.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.
Article 3. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees under central cities, and the National Education Council shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
