At the proposal of the Director of the Cinema Department.
Pursuant to the Law on Cultural Heritage and Decree No. 92/2002/ND-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain Articles of the Law on Cultural Heritage;
Pursuant to Decree No. 185/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;
Considering Circular No. 338/TTr-UBND dated April 19, 2007 of the People's Committee of Dien Bien Province and the relic dossier;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Department of Cultural Heritage,
DECISION:
Article 1. The national relics classified are:
SCENIC BEAUTY AND HISTORICAL SITE
PA THƠM CAVE
NA U COMMUNE, DIENTHANH DISTRICT, DIENTHANBIEN PROVINCE
The protected area of the relic is determined according to the Minutes and map of the relic protection areas in the dossier.
Article 2. The People's Committees at all levels where the relics classified in Article 1 of this Decision are located shall perform state management over the relics within their assigned duties and powers in accordance with the laws on cultural heritage.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 4. The Heads of the Office, the Director of the Department of Cultural Heritage, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Dien Bien Province, the Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Dien Bien Province, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
