Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
Considering the proposal of the Chairman Within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the dossier as mentioned in Sub-clause b, Clause 1, Article 3 above, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will review and submit to the competent authority for decision (Issues exceeding the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' jurisdiction will be referred to the Prime Minister for consideration and decision).THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF QUANG BINH PROVINCE AND THE MINISTER, HEAD OF THE ORGANIZATION-CIVIL SERVICE DEPARTMENT OF THE GOVERNMENT,
DECREE:
Article 1. NOW, THE TOWN OF QUY DAT - THE DISTRICT CAPITAL OF MINH HOA DISTRICT IS ESTABLISHED ON THE BASIS OF 722 HA OF NATURAL AREA AND 4,763 POPULATION OF QUY HOA COMMUNE, 15.8 HA OF NATURAL AREA AND 137 POPULATION OF YEN HOA COMMUNE; 20.15 HA OF NATURAL AREA AND 226 POPULATION OF XUAN HOA COMMUNE.
THE TOWN OF QUY DAT HAS 757.95 HA OF NATURAL AREA AND 5,126 POPULATION. THE ADMINISTRATIVE BOUNDARIES OF THE TOWN OF QUY DAT: EAST ADJACENT TO YEN HOA COMMUNE; WEST ADJACENT TO XUAN HOA COMMUNE; SOUTH ADJACENT TO QUY HOA COMMUNE; NORTH ADJACENT TO YEN HOA COMMUNE. AFTER ADJUSTING THE ADMINISTRATIVE BOUNDARIES: QUY HOA COMMUNE HAS 715 HA OF NATURAL AREA AND 1,201 POPULATION. YEN HOA COMMUNE HAS 3,475.2 HA OF NATURAL AREA AND 3,280 POPULATION. XUAN HOA COMMUNE HAS 4,226.8 HA OF NATURAL AREA AND 2,612 POPULATION.
Article 2. This Decree takes effect from the date of signature. All previous regulations contrary to this Decree are abolished.
Article 3. THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF QUANG BINH PROVINCE, THE MINISTER, HEAD OF THE ORGANIZATION-CIVIL SERVICE DEPARTMENT OF THE GOVERNMENT, AND THE HEADS OF THE RELATED AGENCIES ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECREE.
