BASED ON THE AGREEMENT OF THE VIETNAM INDUSTRY TRADE UNION IN THE PETITION DATED APRIL 20, 2000 FROM THE HEAD OF THE ORGANIZATION AND STAFF AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT AND THE HEAD OF THE TECHNOLOGY MANAGEMENT AND PRODUCT QUALITY DEPARTMENT;

Article 1. THE ANNUAL AWARD CARRIES THE NAME OF THE WOMEN'S SCIENTIFIC INNOVATION AWARD.
Article 2. THE AWARD SHALL BE IMPLEMENTED BEGINNING IN 2000; THE AWARDS SHALL BE PRESENTED ANNUALLY ON THE OCCASION OF INTERNATIONAL WOMEN'S DAY, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REGULATIONS ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION.
Article 3. THE HEADS OF ENTERPRISES 90 AND 91, INDUSTRY DEPARTMENTS, BUSINESSES, ADMINISTRATIVE AND SERVICE ORGANIZATIONS UNDER THE MINISTRY SHALL COOPERATE WITH THE CHAIRPERSONS OF THE SAME LEVEL TRADE UNION TO IMPLEMENT THIS DECISION.
