THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
BASED ON THE DECREE 73/CP OF NOVEMBER 1, 1995 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT;
CONSIDERING THE PROPOSALS OF THE HEAD OF THE SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY AND PRODUCT QUALITY DEPARTMENT AND THE HEAD OF THE HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT,
DECISION:
Clause 4 of Article 6TRANSFER THE RESEARCH DEPARTMENTS FOR ANIMAL BREEDING UNDER THE VIETNAM AGRICULTURAL SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY INSTITUTE TO THE ANIMAL BREEDING INSTITUTE IN THEIR ORIGINAL STATE.
12/2025/TT-BNNMT dated June 19, 2025 issued by the Minister of Agriculture and EnvironmentASSIGN THE DIRECTOR OF THE VIETNAM AGRICULTURAL SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY INSTITUTE AND THE DIRECTOR OF THE ANIMAL BREEDING INSTITUTE TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR HANDLING OVER AND RECEIVING ALL RELATED TASKS, MATERIAL ASSETS, DOCUMENTATION, LABOR FORCE, QUOTAS... OF THE RESEARCH DEPARTMENTS FOR ANIMAL BREEDING, ACCORDING TO THE DATA AS OF MARCH 31, 2001, GUIDANCE FROM THE COMPETENT AUTHORITIES, AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH CURRENT REGULATIONS OF THE STATE;
ASSIGN THE DIRECTOR OF THE ANIMAL BREEDING INSTITUTE TO REORGANIZE THE RESEARCH DEPARTMENTS FOR ANIMAL BREEDING OF THE VIETNAM AGRICULTURAL SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY INSTITUTE (AFTER RECEIPT) IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TASKS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE ANIMAL BREEDING INSTITUTE.
Article 3. THE CHIEF OF THE MINISTRY'S OFFICE, THE HEAD OF THE HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT, THE HEADS OF THE MINISTRY'S AFFILIATED UNITS, THE DIRECTOR OF THE VIETNAM AGRICULTURAL SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY INSTITUTE, AND THE DIRECTOR OF THE ANIMAL BREEDING INSTITUTE ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION.
THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SIGNATURE.
