Decision No. 31/2002/QD-BGDDT On the issuance of handwriting models for primary schools

Regarding the issuance of handwriting models for primary schools 

MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING

Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state management of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;

Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 29/CP dated March 30, 1994, stipulating the tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;

Pursuant to the letter No. 547 CV/VH-GD-TTN dated April 2, 2002, of the National Assembly's Committee on Culture, Education, Youth Affairs, and Children;

Pursuant to the letter No. 2239/VPCP-KG dated April 29, 2002, of the Office of the Government;

In accordance with the proposal of the Director of the Primary Education Department;

DECISION:

Article 1. The handwriting model for primary schools is hereby issued along with this Decision.

Article 2. The handwriting model for primary schools shall be implemented from the 2002-2003 academic year. Previous regulations that conflict with this Decision are abolished. The Director of the Primary Education Department is responsible for guiding the implementation of the handwriting model for primary schools according to the schedule for reforming the general education curriculum and textbooks.

Article 3. Chairmen of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities; Heads of the Office, Directors of the Primary Education Department, Heads of relevant units under the Ministry of Education and Training; Directors of Departments of Education and Training are responsible for enforcing this Decision./.
