Article 1. Delegating financial autonomy according to the self-sufficiency regime for a portion of regular operating expenses to: Lam Dong Agricultural and Forestry Research Center.
Article 2. The state budget funds allocated to ensure regular operations for the unit amount to: 890 million VND (Eight hundred ninety million VND).
This funding will be stabilized for three years (2002, 2003, 2004) and will be increased annually according to the ratio determined by
Article 3. Based on the state budget revenue and expenditure plan for 2002 already assigned by the Ministry, the stable expenditure for three years as stipulated in Article 2 above, the head of the unit shall be responsible for organizing and implementing the financial autonomy mechanism in accordance with Decree No. 10/2002/ND-CP dated January 16, 2002 of the Government and Circular No. 25/2002/TT-BTC dated March 21, 2002 of the Ministry of Finance.
