DECISION
Regarding the issuance of Industry Standards
THE MINISTER OF TRANSPORTATION
Pursuant to the Road Traffic Law No. 26/2001/QH10 dated June 29, 2001;
Pursuant to the Quality of Goods Ordinance No. 18/1999/PL-UBTVQH10 dated December 24, 1999;
Pursuant to Decree No. 34/2003/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;
At the request of the Heads of the Department of Science and Technology and the Director General of the Vietnam Vehicle Inspection Agency,
DECISION:
Article 1. The attached Decision promulgates the following national standard on road motor vehicles: "ROAD MOTOR VEHICLES - SPEED LIMITING DEVICES FOR MOTOR VEHICLES - TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS AND TESTING METHODS".
Registration number: 22 TCN 329 - 05.
Article 2. The above national standard is issued in an encouraged application form and shall take effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Heads of the Department of Science and Technology, the Department of Transport, the Department of Legal Affairs, the Director General of the Vietnam Vehicle Inspection Agency, the Director General of the Vietnam Road Administration, the Directors of the Departments of Transport/Transport Public Services, and the Heads of relevant units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
