Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 18, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Plant Protection Department and the Head of the Cadre and Civil Servant Affairs Department.
DECISION:
Article 1. Supplementing the scope of activities of certain units under the Plant Protection Department with the following names:
1. The Fourth Region Plant Quarantine Service
Supplementing the scope of activities: Dak Nong Province (as per Article 1 of Decision No. 24/2004/QĐ-BNN-TCCB dated July 30, 2004 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Fourth Region Plant Quarantine Service).
2. The Eighth Region Plant Quarantine Service
Supplementing the scope of activities: Dien Bien Province (as per Article 1 of Decision No. 28/2004/QĐ-BNN-TCCB dated July 30, 2004 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Eighth Region Plant Quarantine Service).
3. The Ninth Region Plant Quarantine Service
Supplementing the scope of activities: Hau Giang Province (as per Article 1 of Decision No. 29/2004/QĐ-BNN-TCCB dated July 30, 2004 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ninth Region Plant Quarantine Service).
The Central Vietnam Plant Protection Center
Supplementing the scope of activities: Dak Nong Province (as per Article 1 of Decision No. 32/2004/QĐ-BNN-TCCB dated July 30, 2004 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Central Vietnam Plant Protection Center).
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Director of the Office, Heads of the Cadre and Civil Servant Affairs Department, the Director of the Plant Protection Department, Heads of related units named in Article 1 of this Decision shall be responsible for implementation./.
