Regarding the Issuance of the Architectural Construction Management Regulation
Surrounding the National Convention Center Area
THE MINISTER OF CONSTRUCTION
Pursuant to the Construction Law No. 16/2003/QH11 dated November 26, 2003;
Pursuant to Decree No. 36/2003/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction;
Based on the Notification No. 122/TB-VPCP dated June 24, 2004 of the Government Office regarding the assignment to the Ministry of Construction to study and issue the Architectural Construction Management Regulation for the area surrounding the National Convention Center;
At the proposal of the Director of the Architecture Planning Department and the Director of the Institute of Urban and Rural Planning,
DECISION:
Article 1. The attached Decision hereby promulgates the "Architectural Construction Management Regulation for the Area Surrounding the National Convention Center."
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The People's Committee of Hanoi City, the People's Committees of Tu Liem District, Cau Giay District, Thanh Xuan District, Me Tri Commune, construction investors in the area, relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
