DECISION OF THE PRIME MINISTER

REGARDING THE LIST OF STATE SECRETS OF TOP SECRET LEVEL IN THE INDUSTRY

 

PRIME MINISTER

 

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;

Pursuant to the Ordinance on Protecting State Secrets dated December 28, 2000;

BASED ON Decree No. 33/2002/NĐ-CP dated March 28, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of the Ordinance on Protecting State Secrets;

CONSIDERING the proposal of the Minister of Industry and the Minister of Public Security,

 

DECISION:

 

Article 1. The list of State secrets of the level "Top Secret" in the industry includes information within the following scope:

1. Locations and quantities of precious gems and rare metals;

2. Design drawings and network diagrams for supplying electricity to defense and security facilities and particularly important national facilities;

3. Mobilization plans for industry to serve defense and security requirements;

4. Information, files, and documents about projects under the two Programs on technology-economics concerning materials and automation technology in the fields of defense and security that have not been disclosed.

Article 2. This Decision replaces Decision No. 165/1998/QĐ-TTg dated September 7, 1998 of the Prime Minister regarding the List of State Secrets in the Industry and shall take effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 3. The Minister of Industry and the Minister of Public Security are responsible for guiding and supervising the implementation of this Decision.

Article 4. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities are responsible for implementing this Decision.
