Pursuant to Decree No. 161/2005/NĐ-CP dated December 27, 2005 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Legislative Documents promulgation and the Law amending and supplementing certain articles of the Law on Legislative Documents promulgation.

Article 1. Announced along with this Decision:
1. The list of regulatory legal documents issued by the Ministry of Finance within its authority up to December 31, 2005 that have ceased to be legally effective (List I attached);
2. The list of Circulars jointly issued by the Ministry of Finance as the lead agency up to December 31, 2005 that have ceased to be legally effective (List II attached).
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, agencies under the Government, People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, and organizations and units under the Ministry of Finance are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
