ISSUING REGULATIONS ON THE STANDARDS FOR MEMBERS OF THE BOARD OF MANAGEMENT, MEMBERS OF THE SUPERVISION BOARD, AND MANAGERS OF RURAL CREDIT FUNDS

GOVERNOR OF THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to the Law on the State Bank of Vietnam 1997 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on the State Bank of Vietnam 2003;
BASED ON THE LAW ON CREDIT ORGANIZATIONS 1997 AND THE AMENDMENT AND SUPPLEMENT TO CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE LAW ON CREDIT ORGANIZATIONS 2004;
BASED ON DECREE NO. 52/2003/NĐ-CP OF SEPTEMBER 15, 2003 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM;
BASED ON DECREE NO. 48/2001/NĐ-CP OF AUGUST 13, 2001 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON THE ORGANIZATION AND OPERATIONS OF RURAL CREDIT FUNDS AND DECREE NO. 69/2005/NĐ-CP OF MAY 26, 2005 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON AMENDMENTS AND SUPPLEMENTS TO CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF DECREE NO. 48/2001/NĐ-CP;
AT THE REQUEST OF THE HEAD OF THE DEPARTMENT OF COOPERATIVE CREDIT ORGANIZATIONS.

Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION ARE THE "REGULATIONS ON THE STANDARDS FOR MEMBERS OF THE BOARD OF MANAGEMENT, MEMBERS OF THE SUPERVISION BOARD, AND MANAGERS OF RURAL CREDIT FUNDS".
Article 2THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER ITS PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE AND SHALL REPLACE DECREE NO. 1603/2001/QĐ-NHNN OF DECEMBER 28, 2001 OF THE GOVERNOR OF THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM ON THE STANDARDS FOR MEMBERS OF THE BOARD OF MANAGEMENT, MEMBERS OF THE SUPERVISION BOARD, AND MANAGERS OF RURAL CREDIT FUNDS.
Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE OFFICE, THE HEAD OF THE DEPARTMENT OF COOPERATIVE CREDIT ORGANIZATIONS, THE HEADS OF THE UNITS UNDER THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM, THE GOVERNORS OF THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM BRANCHES IN PROVINCES AND CENTRALLY-GOVERNED CITIES, THE CHAIRMEN OF THE BOARD OF MANAGEMENT OF THE NATIONAL RURAL CREDIT FUNDS, AND THE CHAIRMEN OF THE BOARD OF MANAGEMENT OF LOCAL RURAL CREDIT FUNDS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION.
