DECISION
Issuing the model of the Permit for the Use of Industrial Explosives, the Permit and the Certificate of Eligibility in the Industry and Trade Sector

THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE
Pursuant to Decree No. 189/2007/ND-CP dated December 27, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry and Trade;
Pursuant to Decree No. 110/2004/ND-CP dated April 8, 2004 of the Government on archival work;
Pursuant to Circular Joint Circular No. 55/2005/TTLT-BNV-VPCP dated May 6, 2005 of the Ministry of Home Affairs and the Office of the Government guiding the format and presentation techniques of legal documents;
At the proposal of the Director of the Legal Department and the Head of the Office of the Ministry,
DECIDES:
Article 1. To issue with this Decision the model of the Permit for the Use of Industrial Explosives, the Permit and the Certificate of Eligibility to be uniformly applied in the industry and trade sector.
The authority, conditions, procedures, formalities for issuing, extending, revoking, amending, supplementing, specific contents, and form (including printing the National Emblem, paper size...) of the Permit for the Use of Industrial Explosives; the Permit and the Certificate of Eligibility for specific goods and services are detailed in the current guiding documents.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect 15 days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette and replaces Decision No. 1792/QD-BCN dated July 11, 2006 of the Minister of Industry on issuing the model of the Permit, the Permit for Use, and the Certificate of Eligibility.
Article 3. Permits for the Use of Industrial Explosives, the Permit and the Certificate of Eligibility in the industry and trade sector issued before the effective date of this Decision do not need to be replaced and remain valid until their expiration date as stated in the Permit or Certificate.
Article 4. The Head of the Office of the Ministry, the Inspector General, the Directors of Departments, the Heads of Bureaus under the Ministry, and the Heads of related agencies and units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
