ISSUING REGULATIONS ON MEDIA STATEMENTS AND INFORMATION DISCLOSURE OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT

THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
BASED ON THE PRESS LAW dated December 28, 1989; THE AMENDMENT AND SUPPLEMENTATION LAW TO SOME ARTICLES OF THE PRESS LAW dated June 12, 2007;
BASED ON DECREE 51/2002/NĐ-CP dated April 26, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of the Press Law; AMENDMENT AND SUPPLEMENTATION LAW TO SOME ARTICLES OF THE PRESS LAW;
Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008, of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
BASED ON DECISION 77/2007/QĐ-TTg dated May 28, 2007 of the Prime Minister issuing REGULATIONS ON MEDIA STATEMENTS AND INFORMATION DISCLOSURE;
PURSUANT TO THE PROPOSAL OF THE MINISTRY’S CHIEF SECRETARY;
DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHED HERETO ARE THE REGULATIONS ON MEDIA STATEMENTS AND INFORMATION DISCLOSURE OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT.
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER ITS PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE.
Article 3. THE MINISTRY’S CHIEF SECRETARY, HEADS OF MINISTRY UNITS, DIRECTORS OF PROVINCE AND CITY DEPARTMENTS OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT UNDER THE DIRECT CONTROL OF THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION.
