THE MINISTER OF HEALTH
BASED ON THE LAW ON ENACTING LEGAL DOCUMENTS OF NOVEMBER 12, 1996 AND THE LAW AMENDING AND COMPLEMENTING CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE LAW ON ENACTING LEGAL DOCUMENTS OF DECEMBER 16, 2002;
BASED ON DECREE NO. 161/2005/NĐ-CP OF DECEMBER 27, 2005 OF THE GOVERNMENT PROVIDING GUIDELINES FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE LAW ON ENACTING LEGAL DOCUMENTS AND THE LAW AMENDING AND COMPLEMENTING CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE LAW ON ENACTING LEGAL DOCUMENTS;
BASED ON DECREE NO. 188/2007/NĐ-CP OF DECEMBER 27, 2007 OF THE GOVERNMENT DEFINING THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH.
At the request of the Director of the Legal Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. ANNEXED TO THIS DECISION ARE:
1. THE LIST OF LEGAL DOCUMENTS ISSUED BY THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH WITHIN ITS AUTHORITY AS OF DECEMBER 31, 2007 THAT HAVE LOST THEIR LEGAL EFFECT CONSISTING OF 108 DECISIONS, 63 CIRCULARS, AND 22 DIRECTIVES;
2. THE LIST OF LEGAL DOCUMENTS CO-DRAFTED AND JOINTLY ISSUED BY THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH AS OF DECEMBER 31, 2007 THAT HAVE LOST THEIR LEGAL EFFECT CONSISTING OF 09 JOINT CIRCULARS.
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER ITS PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE.
Article 3. THE MINISTRIES, GOVERNMENT-EQUIVALENT BODIES, GOVERNMENT-RELATED BODIES, PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES OF PROVINCES AND MUNICIPALITIES DIRECTLY UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT, AND ORGANIZATIONS AND UNITS UNDER THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION./.
