CIRCULAR

Supplementing the items subject to Automatic Import Permit as prescribed in Circular No. 22/2010/TT-BCT dated May 20, 2010, issued by the Minister of Industry and Trade for the application of Automatic Import Permit for certain steel products.

Pursuant to Decree No. 189/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 27, 2007 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry and Trade;

Pursuant to Decree No. 12/2006/NĐ-CP dated January 23, 2006 of the Government detailing the implementation of the Law on Commerce regarding international trade activities and foreign-related agency purchase, sale, processing, and transit goods;

Pursuant to Decision No. 41/2005/QD-TTg dated March 2, 2005 of the Prime Minister promulgating the Import Permit Issuance Regulation;

The Minister of Industry and Trade supplements the items into the List of Steel Products Subject to Automatic Import Permit as follows:

Article 1. Content of supplementation

1. Supplementing metal-coated and color-painted coated steel sheets into the List of Steel Products Subject to Automatic Import Permit as prescribed in Appendix 01 attached to Circular No. 22/2010/TT-BCT dated May 20, 2010.

2. The supplemented list is specified in the Appendix attached to this Circular.

Article 2. Effective Date

This Circular takes effect from September 9, 2010, and expires on December 31, 2010./.
