ISSUING NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATIONS IN THE FIELD OF VETERINARY MEDICINE
Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;
Pursuant to the Veterinary Law dated April 29, 2004;
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENTAL DECREE NO. 01/2008/ND-CP OF JANUARY 3, 2008, PROVIDING THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT, AND THE GOVERNMENTAL DECREE NO. 75/2009/ND-CP OF SEPTEMBER 10, 2009, AMENDING ARTICLE 3 OF THE GOVERNMENTAL DECREE NO. 01/2008/ND-CP OF JANUARY 3, 2008.
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS CIRCULAR ARE 02 NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATIONS IN THE FIELD OF VETERINARY MEDICINE:
1. NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATION ON MANAGEMENT OF WASTE IN ANIMAL DIAGNOSTIC AND TESTING FACILITIES.

Article 2. This Circular takes effect six months from the date of issuance.
Article 3. THE DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF VETERINARY MEDICINE, HEADS OF RELATED ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTATION.
