ISSUING THE LIST OF PERMITTED ANIMAL HEALTH MEDICINES FOR CIRCULATION IN VIETNAM

BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 01/2008/NĐ-CP OF JANUARY 3, 2008, PROVIDING THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT;
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 75/2009/NĐ-CP OF SEPTEMBER 10, 2009, AMENDING ARTICLE 3 OF THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 01/2008/NĐ-CP OF JANUARY 3, 2008;
Pursuant to the Animal Health Ordinance dated April 29, 2004;
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 33/2005/NĐ-CP OF MARCH 15, 2005, PROVIDING GUIDELINES FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE ANIMAL HEALTH ORDINANCE;

THE LIST OF PERMITTED ANIMAL HEALTH MEDICINES FOR CIRCULATION IN VIETNAM UNTIL DECEMBER 31, 2011.
Article 2. THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT 45 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SIGNATURE AND REPLACE CIRCULAR NO. 18/2010/TT-BNNPTNT OF APRIL 2, 2010 ISSUED BY THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT ON THE ISSUE OF THE LIST OF PERMITTED ANIMAL HEALTH MEDICINES FOR CIRCULATION IN VIETNAM.
Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, THE DIRECTOR OF THE ANIMAL HEALTH ADMINISTRATION, THE DIRECTOR OF THE SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY AND ENVIRONMENT DEPARTMENT, THE HEADS OF RELATED AUTHORITIES, ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS INSIDE AND OUTSIDE VIETNAM ENGAGED IN THE PRODUCTION, DISTRIBUTION AND USE OF ANIMAL HEALTH MEDICINES IN VIETNAM ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCEMENT OF THIS CIRCULAR./.
