Regarding the issuance of the Regulation on coordination in implementing the United Nations Convention against Corruption/

of the United Nations

 

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;

Based on the Law on Prevention and Combating Corruption dated December 29, 2001;

Pursuant to the Law on Ratification, Accession and Implementation of International Treaties dated June 14, 2005;

Based on the Law on Mutual Legal Assistance dated November 21, 2007;

Based on Decision No. 950/2009/QĐ-CTN dated June 30, 2009 of the President approving the United Nations Convention against Corruption;

Based on Decision No. 445/QĐ-TTg dated April 7, 2010 of the Prime Minister approving the Implementation Plan for the United Nations Convention against Corruption;

At the proposal of the Government Inspector General;

The Prime Minister issues this Decision regarding the issuance of the Regulation on coordination in implementing the United Nations Convention against Corruption,

Article 1. Attached to this Decision is the Regulation on coordination in implementing the United Nations Convention against Corruption.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect from September 15, 2012.

Article 1u 3. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of agencies under the Government, Chairperson of the Central Steering Committee for Prevention and Combating Corruption, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, and related agencies and organizations are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
