CIRCULAR
Issuing the Economic and Technical Standards for Fuel Consumption for
Special-purpose Vehicles in Management Work,
maintenance of inland waterways

Pursuant to Decree No. 107/2012/NĐ-CP dated December 20, 2012 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;
At the proposal of the Director of the Vietnam Inland Waterway Administration and the Director of the Department of Science and Technology,
The Minister of Transport issues this Circular to issue the Economic and Technical Standards for Fuel Consumption for special-purpose vehicles in management and maintenance work of inland waterways.
Article 1. Attached hereto are the Economic and Technical Standards for Fuel Consumption for special-purpose vehicles in management and maintenance work of inland waterways.
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from November 28, 2013.
Article 3. The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Inspector General, the Directors of Departments, the Director of the Vietnam Inland Waterway Administration, and the Heads of agencies, organizations, and individuals concerned are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
