CIRCULAR
ISSUING NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATIONS ON TESTING AND CERTIFICATION OF PIG BREEDS

BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 01/2008/NĐ-CP OF JANUARY 3, 2008, PROVIDING THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT; THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 75/2009/NĐ-CP OF SEPTEMBER 10, 2009, AMENDING ARTICLE 3 OF GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 01/2008/CP OF JANUARY 3, 2008;
Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;
Pursuant to the Livestock Breed Law dated March 24, 2004;
AT THE PROPOSAL OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY AND ENVIRONMENT, THE DIRECTOR OF THE ANIMAL FARMING CIRCUMSTANCE;
THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT ISSUES THE NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATIONS ON TESTING AND CERTIFICATION OF PIG BREEDS.
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS CIRCULAR ARE THE NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATIONS:
NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATIONS ON TESTING AND CERTIFICATION OF PIG BREEDS.
DESIGNATION: QCVN 01 - 148: 2013/BNNPTNT
Article 2. THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT SIX MONTHS FROM DECEMBER 12, 2013.
Article 3. THE DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY AND ENVIRONMENT, THE DIRECTOR OF THE ANIMAL FARMING CIRCUMSTANCE, HEADS OF RELATED AUTHORITIES, ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS CIRCULAR.
During the implementation process, if there are difficulties, agencies, organizations, and individuals shall promptly report to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development for study, amendment, and supplementation./.
