Issuing National Technical Regulations
on Safety of Fixed Metal Gas Pipelines
Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated July 21, 2006;
Pursuant to the Law on Product Quality dated November 21, 2007;
Pursuant to Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations;
Pursuant to Decree No. 132/2008/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2008 of the Government detailing implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Product Quality;
Pursuant to Decree No. 95/2012/NĐ-CP dated November 12, 2012 of the Government stipulating functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry and Trade;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Safety Technology and Industrial Environment,
The Minister of Industry and Trade issues National Technical Regulations on Safety of Fixed Metal Gas Pipelines.
Article 1. This Circular hereby promulgates National Technical Regulations on Safety of Fixed Metal Gas Pipelines attached hereto.
Designation: QCVN 02:2016/BCT
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from February 3, 2017
Article 3. Cirectors of the Department of Safety Technology and Industrial Environment, Heads of Science and Technology Departments, Directors of Industry and Trade Departments of provinces and centrally-run cities, Heads of agencies, organizations and individuals concerned are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
