CIRCULAR
Issuing national technical regulations on the environment
Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;
Pursuant to the Environmental Protection Law dated June 23, 2014;
Pursuant to Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations;
Pursuant to Decree No. 36/2017/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2017 of the Government stipulating functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;
At the proposal of the Director General of the Environmental Protection Administration, the Head of the Science and Technology Department, and the Head of the Legal Affairs Department;
The Minister of Natural Resources and Environment issues this Circular to stipulate national technical regulations on the environment.
Article 1. This Circular hereby promulgates the national technical regulation on the environment: QCVN 63:2017/BTNMT - National Technical Regulation on Wastewater from Cassava Starch Processing.
Article 2. This Circular takes effect as of December 1, 2017.
Article 3. The Director General of the Environmental Protection Administration, Heads of units under the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, Directors of Provincial Departments of Natural Resources and Environment, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
