dated January 15, 2019 of the Government
on issuing criteria for determining communes and villages that have completed the objectives of Project 2
(Program 135) under the National Target Program on Sustainable Poverty Reduction for the period 2016-2020

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated June 19, 2015;
At the proposal of the Minister, Chairman of the Committee for Ethnic Minorities Affairs;
The Prime Minister issues this Decision amending Article 5 of Decision No. 03/2019/QĐ-TTg dated January 15, 2019 of the Prime Minister on issuing criteria for determining communes and villages that have completed the objectives of Project 2 (Program 135) under the National Target Program on Sustainable Poverty Reduction for the period 2016-2020.
Article 1. Amend Article 5 of Decision No. 03/2019/QĐ-TTg dated January 15, 2019 of the Prime Minister on issuing criteria for determining communes and villages that have completed the objectives of Project 2 (Program 135) under the National Target Program on Sustainable Poverty Reduction for the period 2016-2020.
Article 5 shall be amended as follows:
"Article 5. Principles for handling funds for communes and villages that have completed the objectives of Program 135
Communes and villages that have been approved by competent authorities as having completed the objectives of Program 135 will continue to receive support and investment from Program 135 until the end of 2020."
Article 2. Implementation clause
1. This Decision shall take effect from the date of issuance.
2. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of agencies under the Government, Chairmen of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
