Of the Government Decision No. 31-CP dated May 15, 1995 on the establishment of Nghia Lo Town and adjustment of administrative boundaries between Nghia Lo Town and Van Chan District in Yen Bai Province

THE GOVERNMENT

Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
Considering the proposal of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Yen Bai Province and the Minister, Head of the Organization-Cadres Department of the Government,

DECREE:

Article 1.-Now, establish Nghia Lo Town under Yen Bai Province based on Nghia Lo Town; the natural area of 331 hectares with 1,647 population of Nghia Phuc Commune; the natural area of 181.05 hectares with 2,566 population of Nghia An Commune and the natural area of 116.5 hectares with 1,592 population of Nghia Loi Commune (under Van Chan District).

Nghia Lo Town has a natural area of 878.5 hectares with 15,925 population.

The boundary of Nghia Lo Town: to the East borders Nghia Loi and Phu Nham Communes; to the West borders Nghia Son Commune; to the South borders Nghia An Commune; to the North borders Nghia Son, Nghia Phuc, and Nghia Loi Communes (Van Chan District).

Article 2.-Establish four wards of Nghia Lo Town:

1. Establish Pu Trang Ward based on the small zones 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and the hamlets: Lon, Qua, Nong, Ten, Ngoa, Moi.

Pu Trang Ward has a natural area of 380.5 hectares with 4,834 population.

The boundary of Pu Trang Ward: to the East borders Trung Tam Ward; to the West borders Nghia Son Commune; to the South borders Nghia An Commune; to the North borders Nghia Phuc Commune (Van Chan District).

2. Establish Tan An Ward based on the small zones 8, 14, 15 and the hamlets: Tong Pong, Tong Co, Ao Sen.

Tan An Ward has a natural area of 304 hectares with 4,537 population.

The boundary of Tan An Ward: to the East borders Cau Thia Ward and Nghia An Commune (Van Chan District); to the West borders Pu Trang Ward; to the South borders Nghia An Commune (Van Chan District) and to the North Trung Tam Ward.

3. Establish Trung Tam Ward based on the small zones 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 and the hamlets: Le, Cang Na, Pa Khet.

"5. The pre-tax weighted average cost of capital i (%) is determined according to the formula below:Trung Tam Ward has a natural area of 97 hectares with 4,623 population.

The boundary of Trung Tam Ward: to the East borders Nghia Loi Commune (Van Chan District); to the West borders Pu Trang Ward and Nghia Loi Commune; to the South borders Tan An Ward; to the North borders Pu Trang Ward and Nghia Loi Commune.

4. Establish Cau Thia Ward based on the small zones 16, 17 and the hamlets: Chao Thua, Ve Duoi.

Cau Thia Ward has a natural area of 97 hectares with 1,931 population.

The boundary of Cau Thia Ward: to the East borders Phu Nham Commune (Van Chan District); to the West borders Tan An Ward; to the South borders Nghia An Commune and to the North borders Nghia Loi Commune.

After adjusting the boundaries to establish Nghia Lo Town:

- Van Chan District retains a natural area of 124,574 hectares with 139,147 population.

- Nghia An Commune retains a natural area of 1,237 hectares with 2,432 population.

- Nghia Phuc Commune retains a natural area of 492 hectares with 1,601 population.

- Nghia Loi Commune retains a natural area of 401.5 hectares with 2,962 population.

Article 3.The Chairman of the People's Committee of Yen Bai Province and the Minister, Head of the Organization-Cadres Department of the Government shall be responsible for implementing this Decree.
