NO. 31/SL OF APRIL 25, 1949
ISSUED BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
THE PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 119-SL dated July 9, 1946 organizing the National Education Ministry;
Pursuant to Decree No. 57 dated May 3, 1946 establishing central ministries;
At the proposal of the Minister of National Education;
In accordance with the resolution of the Council of Ministers
ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE-LAW:
Article 1: The President appoints Mr. Nguyen Cat Tuong to hold the position of Director of the Office of the Ministry of National Education.
Article 2: The Minister of National Education shall implement this Decree-Law.
