At the proposal of the Director of the Cinema Department.

Pursuant to the Law on Cultural Heritage and Government Decree No. 92/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 11, 2002 detailing the implementation of certain Articles of the Law on Cultural Heritage;

Pursuant to Government Decree No. 185/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 25, 2007 stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;

Considering Circular No. 1331/UBND-VX dated April 19, 2007 of the People's Committee of Gia Lai Province and the relic dossier;

Considering the proposal of the Director of the Department of Cultural Heritage,

DECISION:

Article 1. The national relics classified are as follows:

HISTORICAL RELIC

PLEIME BATTLE SITE

IAGA COMMUNE, CHUPRONG DISTRICT, GIA LAI PROVINCE

The protected area of the relic is determined according to the Minutes and map of the protected areas of the relic in the dossier.

Article 2. The People's Committees at all levels where the relics classified in Article 1 of this Decision are located shall perform state management over the relics within their duties and powers as prescribed by laws on cultural heritage.

Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.

Article 4. The Head of the Office, Director of the Department of Cultural Heritage, Chairman of the People's Committee of Gia Lai Province, Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Gia Lai Province, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
