THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2003/ND-CP dated July 18, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.
Pursuant to Decree No. 43/2003/ND-CP dated May 2, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Fisheries;
Pursuant to Decree No. 81/2002/ND-CP dated October 17, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Science and Technology;
Pursuant to the proposal of the Advisory Council for Scientific and Technological Tasks to determine the ministry-level scientific and technological tasks for the 2008-2010 period;
At the proposal of the Director of the Science and Technology Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. Approve the list of scientific and technological topics and projects at the ministry level to be implemented in the 2008-2010 plan attached hereto.
Article 2. The Director of the Science and Technology Department shall be responsible for organizing the implementation of the scientific and technological tasks mentioned in Article 1 in accordance with current regulations.
Article 3. The Heads of the Office and the Directors of the Departments of Science and Technology, Planning, and Finance shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
