DECREE
OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
NUMBER 212 DATED NOVEMBER 19, 1946
THE CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
PURSUANT TO THE PROPOSAL OF THE MINISTER OF HEALTH;
AFTER CONSULTATION WITH THE COUNCIL OF MINISTERS,
ISSUES THE DECREE:
Article 1. Mr. Nguyen Kinh Chi, Director of the Central Health Office and a member of the National Assembly of Vietnam, is appointed Deputy Minister of Health.
Article 2. The Minister of Health shall be responsible for implementing this Decree./.
